Update – I want you all to know that I understand that this is an engagement letter and not a bill. I don’t understand legal stuff at all. That is why I put it out there for you to see and edumacate me.

See resolution #08-36 if you don’t believe me that this is the bill the taxpayers of Mandeville are paying. And with my small mind trying to make sense of everything, I don’t see Sexton AND Associates being authorized. Since the City Council did not place a cap on any legal expenses I guess we should just ASS-U-ME that they knew what they were doing when they authorized the legal expenses? Hmmmm….Your thoughts?
