What is the Princess of Positive to do? She writes, she is a computer geek, she can organize someone else’s house, she is edumacated (Masters), she can be the life of the party, she is witty, she is articulate, she can inspire and she is happy!

Bwahahaha - laugh with me as I barely make enough to pay to have my hair done and for the occasional babysitter. Money isn’t everything, but everything costs money. Mind you, I am spending a ton to have my bathroom refinished! And yes, it costs money for blog stuff - it ain’t all free ya’know.

This past year is the first in 11 years where I even made a dime. My time before moving to Lousiana (January 2007) has been 100% devoted to my family! Still a mom, I would enjoy having some mad money and so would my hubby! Blogging is a hobby, but I certainly would like to cash in on it a little bit! I make $200 a month from NOLA.com for freelance blogging. Inside Northside magazine throws me a story here and there $100-$150. I have wonderful ads on my site that only make me money when you CLICK them (hint). Some ads are also done on the barter system (a wonderful thing)

I have plenty of education under my belt but life has driven me in a new direction. Frankly, I am having a blast with blogging and branding myself and keep hoping it will pay off someday.

My professional organizing business with my partner Leaf is called This Mess is a House. Cool name huh? I thought of it all by myself. I wouldn’t be running 4 blogs and a busy household with pets if I wasn’t organized! I pretty much am selling myself (not that way) at the $25 an hour and up range. A girl has to have some standards.

That is the rate we charge for organizing and I will even electronically organize you for the very same rate. What a bahgain! Leaf and I work like gangbusters and any money you spend with us is hard earned (trust me).

I don’t want to return to the classroom as a teacher or the sports world as an athletic trainer. I love talk radio and TV is a possibility. I can live blog and promo people like nobody in the area can.
