update 4:10 Cindy Chang weighs in. Trilby Lenfant is trying to create a code of conduct. Basically tell people what their Mama’s should have already taught them but they forgot. Hmmmm…. All the organization and work to make this kick-off run smoothly, worked like a charm. Even though people are preparing for evacuations, they still came out to sign the petition and volunteer to canvass entire subdivisions.
