* Today’s painting is from 24 yo Louisiana artist, Derek Patterson. It is called New Orleans Jazz & can be purchased for $299 on his E-bay store.
* I voted on Saturday – yay!
* we went to the Wooden Boat Festival in Madisonville on Sunday. Amazing and as usual – drinking in the afternoon made me sleeeeepy! Pictures here
* I celebrated my 3 year blogiversary this weekend. That would be on my other blog – not this one.
* You couldn’t have ordered better weather over the weekend
* I bought a bunch of pine straw and mums at Sunshine Nursery in Mandeville – then I had to lay it down all by my lonesome while everyone else destroyed the inside of the house!
