Get ready for the heat! We have lived in the South many times before, we understand heat and humidity. I would rather have that than cold any day! The natives in Louisiana do have a sense of style for the heat. Last night, after a full day of gardening, I ironed and organized all my summer clothes. I have been making purchases here and there on E-bay, TJ Maxx and Prima Donna’ Closet in Metairie while tossing junk at the same time. It feels invigorating & refreshing and I am ready to be a diva (choke gag) mini-van driving mom who spends hours in the salon being pampered while the maid, pool boy and yard guy take care of everything. Then I woke up!
Just train the rug rats to be the maid, pool boy and yard guy.
